1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Prop Transfer available at proptransfer.top, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Definitions

"Services" refers to property deal support and transaction assistance offered by Prop Transfer. "Infoproduct" refers to digital guides or online materials provided for informational purposes. "Goods" refers to physical items such as printed documents or promotional items.

3. Scope of Services

Prop Transfer provides support and coordination for real estate transactions, including documentation review, liaison with local authorities, and guidance through closing procedures.

4. Terms for Services

Scheduling, delivery, and performance timelines will be detailed in individual agreements. Clients may cancel or transfer a scheduled service to another party with Prop Transfer's written approval, subject to the notice requirements outlined in the refund policy.

5. Terms for Infoproducts

Access to digital materials is granted upon completion of payment. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or modified without Prop Transfer's consent.

6. Terms for Goods

Physical items will be shipped to the address provided by the client. The risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

If a service cannot be delivered as agreed, the client may choose a refund or transfer the service to another party with our approval. Cancellation requests must be received at least 10 days before the scheduled service date. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 30 days of confirmation.

Certain services that involve immediate delivery of a digital report are final and not eligible for a refund, as the content is provided in full upon purchase.

7.2 Infoproducts

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided access to no more than 10% of the digital material has occurred. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

7.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging and unused condition. Shipment back costs are borne by the client. Once we receive and inspect the goods, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 days.

8. Modification of Terms

Prop Transfer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent changes.
